Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery (as shown on your tracking) to return your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached and intact
- Be in all the original packaging
- Have hygiene stickers still attached (for swimwear)
- Be free from all stains, scents, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you once the return shipping cost has been covered - we will provide the bank details via email if and when this is the case.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Include a Note in Your Return
On a written piece of paper (no need to be fancy), please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your email address
- Your item name & reason for return

3. Shipping Your Return
- Purchase a return shipping label through your chosen courier or post office
- Return postage must be organised and paid for by the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure safe delivery and the fastest refund process
- The courier is responsible for delivering your return. We cannot refund items lost in transit — you will need to contact the courier directly
- You will only receive notification once your refund has been processed
Refund Information
- We currently offer refunds only. We do not offer exchanges
- If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order
We offer a full refund for returned items, excluding:
- Original delivery costs
- Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage.
We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team and we will organise a pre-paid return label. But please note that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and in some cases filmed prior to packaging and shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited edition drops.

Fraudulent Activity
We actively monitor all orders and account activity to ensure fair use of our services. If we identify or suspect any fraudulent behaviour, we reserve the right to withhold refunds, suspend your account, or restrict access to any associated accounts until the matter has been fully reviewed.
Where necessary, cases may be escalated to our legal team, who will contact you directly regarding next steps.
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
- False claims of missing items
- Incorrect claims that an order has not been delivered
- Returning items that have been worn or used while claiming otherwise
- Providing misleading or altered images of damaged goods
- Submitting invalid or mismatched proof of postage
- Unusual purchasing behaviour suggesting items are not intended for personal use
- Excessive or irregular return patterns indicating items are being worn and then returned
If we determine that returned items do not match the original order, or that items not belonging to us have been sent back, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
