Refund policy

UK returns must be sent to us within 14 days to be eligible for a return.

Please note that if this exceeds the timeframe, we are unable to offer you a return.

Virelle London offers a full refund for returned items, excluding your delivery fee. 

Please take care when you’re trying on your new items. If any items have been (but not limited to): tampered/removed tags or hygiene stickers, washed, damaged, stained with any kind of makeup, fake-tan, sprays, marked, broken, discoloured, or heavily fragranced, we have the right to refuse your return and you will need to cover the return shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

ALL items are inspected before shipping and are filmed during to prevent any issues.

Please note that we do not monitor social platforms for customer service queries.

Once you have returned your item, please allow up to 21 days to process your refund once we have received it. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We advise that you keep proof of postage until you receive your refund as we are unable to refund without this proof.
